EHV / HV Substation EPC
Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 66kV–132kV grid substations, delivered turnkey under a single contract.
- Circuit breakers, current & potential transformers, isolators
- Power transformer installation and bay construction
- Control & relay panel installation, protection coordination
HV / EHV Cable Laying & Jointing
Trenched and trenchless laying of HV/EHV XLPE cable up to 220kV, with full termination and jointing works — including our 220kV double-circuit installation in Lucknow.
- HDD (horizontal directional drilling) for highway & road crossings
- Outdoor premoulded/heat-shrinkable termination & straight-jointing kits
- Link box installation, cable route & joint marking
Switchyard & Bay Engineering
Single-line diagrams, BOQs, CAD/DXF drawings, and bay room layouts for 66/11kV switchyards.
- SLD and protection scheme drafting
- Bay room & control room layout drawings
- Detailed BOQ and price schedule preparation
Testing & Commissioning
Every job is proven before handover — not just built.
- Insulation resistance & transformer oil breakdown testing
- Vector grouping & relay coordination checks
- Pre-commissioning tests to BIS & relevant IEC standards
Civil & Structural Works
The foundation work that supports the electrical scope above it.
- Control room construction, foundations & switchyard civil works
- Cable trenches, RCC slabs, route & joint marker installation
- Structural steel & equipment foundation erection
Turnkey & O&M Support
End-to-end execution as a single point of contact, with support after energisation.
- Full turnkey delivery — supply through commissioning
- Post-commissioning defect liability support
- Liaison with utilities & statutory electrical inspectorates
Street Lighting & Public Infrastructure
Earthing, cabling, and installation works for municipal LED street lighting programmes, delivered and certified zone by zone.
- LED luminaire installation on existing & new poles
- Earthing and underground cable feed to each pole
- Zone-wise completion certification for municipal corporations
